To develop a safe and consistent group experience the group is ‘closed’ which means that new members can only join on the first session. Numbers are limited to 14 participants. It is important to note that this is not therapy – you do not have to share experiences with the group. This course provides psycho-education to help you understand and overcome the impacts of abuse.
