The 25th of November marks the start of 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. Every year people around the world campaign, advocate, raise awareness, and call for an end to violence against women and girls. Across the globe we see the passion of people to take a stand and to say, enough is enough.
This year Lush Liverpool are supporting us to raise awareness of the important work we do and have created an exclusive knot wrap in aid of RASA Merseyside. The launch of the product will coincide with the start of the 16 Days of Activism.
Becky Currie, the designer for the Knot Wrap, says: “I've chosen to support RASA because as well as raising money to support an amazing charity, having the ability to use a retail space as a platform for general awareness and conversation about rape and sexual abuse may encourage people who need support from RASA to come forward and find the help they need”.
We would like to thank Lush for their support and helping us to raise awareness of rape and sexual abuse.
